Agreement types may include, without limitation, complex service agreements, data sharing and data access agreements, GPO agreements and amendments, HCP consulting and professional services agreements, technology and software services agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
Partner cross-functionally with privacy, compliance, security, finance, IT, and other stakeholders to support timely, informed decision-making and streamlined execution of legal and contracting workflows.

This is a high-impact role for a seasoned legal professional who combines strong legal judgment with demonstrated leadership in process improvement, workflow optimization, and legal operations. The Senior Legal Specialist operates with a high degree of independence, serves as a key point of contact for a broad range of legal matters, including issue spotting, triage, and matter coordination, and partners closely with supervising attorneys and business stakeholders.
