Data Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process and validate sales data to ensure timely and accurate availability for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams-including SFE and Chargebacks-to resolve data issues and confirm data accuracy.
• Manage communication with third‑party distributors to ensure timely delivery of sales data.
• Monitor data processing progress throughout the month and communicate outstanding or missing data to leadership.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation supporting core processes.
• Support ad‑hoc analyses and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Effective collaboration across cross‑functional teams
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Understanding of business structure, culture, and work styles
• General knowledge of ConvaTec's business and customers
• Professional Experience
• 2-3 years of experience in data processing
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry preferred
• Ability to conduct research, perform root‑cause analysis, and resolve data integrity issues
• Strong customer‑focus and prioritization skills
• Qualifications/Education:
• Bachelor's degree
• Advance knowledge of Excel
• Experience working with SAP preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI preferred
• Languages
• English level C-1 a must
• Working Conditions:
• We support a hybrid working approach with 1 day/week working from our Bogota office.
• As you will be supporting markets in multiple time zones, some flexibility around working hours will be needed.
