Responsibilities

  • Serves as a member of the division management team by serving on or creating campus-wide committees; preparing staff evaluations, institutional effectiveness reports, department planning and assessments, and campus-wide correspondence and reporting.

  • Coordinates and oversees processes associated with on-campus interviewing.
  • Plans, coordinates, and hosts annual events, including career fairs, graduate fairs, and other professional development activities.
  • Develops, organizes, and presents workshops, classes, and professional development seminars on job-seeking skills.
  • Meets one-on-one with students to provide individualized coaching on interview skills, resume writing, and related skills.
  • Develops and implements comprehensive programs to prepare students for job interviews and resume development, ensuring students are equipped with the necessary tools for career success.
  • Supervises assigned staff.
  • Education and Experience:- Bachelors required Master's Preferred in in Counseling, Business, Higher Education, or related area and 6 years of related experience.
  • Starting salary for this position is $5,000.00 monthly and is negotiable depending on education and experience.
