Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in analytics, marketing science, measurement, or consulting, with direct client-facing leadership.
- 5+ years' experience using SQL or similar querying language
- 5+ years' experience in a consultative or advisory role
- 3+ years' experience in project or program management
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related analytic field).
- Deep expertise in advertising measurement methodologies, incl. attribution, MMM, incrementality, online/offline measurement, CAPI and experimental design.
- Strong data acumen with experience working with large-scale datasets, advanced analytics tools and/or digital AdTech ecosystems.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate complex analytics into actionable strategy.
- Experience driving change through adoption of innovative measurement products and methods at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at making measurement engaging, accessible, and actionable for diverse audiences; measurement storytelling.
- Experience in B2B marketing analytics and marketing intelligence, or B2B consulting
- Experience with LLM, Gen-AI techniques
