Recommend personalized hearing solutions based on patient needs, lifestyle, and hearing goals
Fit, program, and adjust hearing instruments to ensure optimal comfort and performance
Provide ongoing follow-up care, counseling, and long-term patient support

Educate patients and their families on hearing loss, treatment options, and device use
Perform in-office cleanings, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
Patient Experience & Relationship Building
Build long-term, trusted patient relationships through education and high-touch care
Deliver a compassionate, supportive experience aligned with a "patient for life" approach
Ensure consistent communication and follow-up to drive patient satisfaction and retention
Support clinic growth through patient retention, referrals, and local outreach efforts
Contribute to appointment conversion and overall clinic performance

Requirements
Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser / Hearing Instrument Specialist (required)
Strong communication, counseling, and patient education skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
