Position Overview This position sits within the Finance function and plays a critical role in how the firm plans, forecasts, and governs compensation expense. The role is focused on management of position and cost data, reporting, expense management and financial governance, partnering closely with Global Compensation, Human Resources, and senior leaders to support decision-making and execution. This individual will support the end‑to‑end financial process for compensation including forecasting and reporting, translating complex data into actionable insights, and provide thoughtful guidance on trade‑offs, risks, and implications for the business. The role requires strong attention to detail and comfort operating independently. This individual needs to be process focused, excited to build on current momentum on investments in platforms & systems and be open and curious to adopting AI/new technologies.
