MSS Security is seeking dedicated Full Time Control Room Operators to join our team at Melbourne Olympic Parks. In this critical role, you will oversee control room operations, monitor CCTV feeds, and communicate effectively with roving security officers to address security breaches, alarms, and other incidents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse CCTV footage for security issues.
• Communicate promptly with security personnel regarding incidents.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of events and incidents.
• Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies, making informed decisions.

Requirements

• Full Australian Working Rights
• Minimum 3 years of Control Room or Monitoring Station experience.
• Valid Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement.
• Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations.
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
