Responsibilities

  • Drive Wellbeing Program Delivery
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of onsite and virtual wellbeing initiatives (health fairs, flu clinics, screenings, campaigns, and more)

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in wellness, benefits, healthcare, or client/account management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working in a client-facing, service-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex programs or events from start to finish
  • Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

Benefits

The national average salary for this role is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
