Job Title - HR Contractor We are looking for a HR Contractor to join our team for a 7-month maternity leave cover. This role is pivotal in maintaining seamless HR operations, with a primary focus on Korea (80%) and supplemental support for APAC regional administration (20%), including China, Taiwan, Australia, NZ, and Singapore. You will support employee lifecycle administration and HR operational processes and ensure compliant HR administrationo across multiple countries. What you'll do for us HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support Regional Lifecycle Support: Execute seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for APAC employees, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met. Documentation Management: Prepare and audit employment contracts, certificates, and visa-sponsored documents with high accuracy. Systems Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Workday HR tickets, ensuring data integrity and timely processing of HR transactions. Payroll, Benefits & Compliance Payroll Administration: Manage monthly payroll inputs and ensure data readiness for external providers. Statutory Benefits: Administer group insurance and retirement pension enrollments and withdrawals. Expense Coordination: Process HR-related invoices and navigate internal approval workflows. Compliance Reporting: Prepare mandatory statutory reports (e.g., Disability Employment reports) and manage annual leave reconciliation for Korea and China. Employee Engagement & Governance Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of Social Impact programs, the Annual Holiday Party, and quarterly business milestone celebrations. Labor Relations: Facilitate Labor-Management Council (LMC) activities, including meeting coordination and official record-keeping. Scope & Coverage Primary focus: Korea HR operations (Approximately 80%). Secondary support: APAC on and offboarding administration and other HR admin support (20%). What you'll have Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist or Operations experience, preferably in a multinational environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday (or similar HRIS) is required. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) is a plus. Functional Expertise: Solid understanding of payroll processes, and benefits administration. Familiarity with HR vendors or outsourcing partners is preferred. Communication: Fluent in Korean and Business English. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage but not required. Mindset: Ability to work independently within a decentralized global team (reporting to a manager in the Netherlands) and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Employment Details & Working Conditions Reporting Line: Sr. HR Manager (Based in Netherlands). Work schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday (09:00 - 18:00). Work Arrangement: Hybrid Model (4 days on-site in the Seoul office / 1 day remote). Contract Duration: Fixed-term (Approx. 7 months), Early/Mid-July or August 2026 - End of February 2027.
