The LEARN Labs at HGSE are seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Recruitment and Database Coordinator. The LEARN Labs are a group of five research labs at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (Bonawitz, Gaab, Rowe, Harris, Xu) who are interested in children's Language, Education, Acquisition, Reasoning, and Neuroscience. Job-Specific Responsibilities: The candidate's primary responsibilities will include: Leading outreach efforts to recruit diverse participants for the database, including managing online advertising and coordinating LEARN Labs attendance at local recruitment events Managing the LEARN Labs family contact database, including regularly transferring new signups into the database, coordinating technical maintenance with HGSE IT, adding new members to relevant IRB protocols, and creating accounts for new researchers Creating and maintaining inward-facing resources for LEARN Labs members, including the the LEARN Labs SharePoint intranet, mailing lists, and Slack channel Creating and maintaining outward-facing resources for participating families, including the LEARN Labs website and newsletters Coordinating cross-lab activities, including lab meetings and workshops Maintaining up-to-date documentation to guide researchers in using LEARN Labs resources Preferred start date is on or before June 1st, 2026.
