  • Create and execute a clear service strategy and roadmap that positions Delta as an industry leader in service excellence.
  • Strengthen the connection between supply chain execution and customer experience to deliver reliable, responsive, and differentiated service outcomes.

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and strategic partners to drive value creation, innovation, and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in global manufacturing and supply chain environments.
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience managing multi‑site, global operations and sourcing organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leading end‑to‑end supply chain and service organizations, with strong working knowledge across all disciplines.
  • Proven financial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
  • Recognized leadership capability with a track record of building high‑performing teams and developing future leaders.
  • Strategic clarity and judgment to identify and focus the organization on the priorities that matter most.
