Manage and consistently achieve assigned sales targets, volume, and value objectives within budget and policy parameters.
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers, veterinarians, and key accounts through value-added services.
Ensure product distribution, stock weight, and visibility of products across the assigned network.
Plan and execute brand marketing events and new product launches in collaboration with the marketing team.
Monitor sales promotions and activities to ensure alignment with plans and take corrective actions as needed.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine) or equivalent level of experience
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business management
Techno-marketing skills and business development expertise
