Independently manage multiple Cyber Incident Response and Complex Review projects from initiation to completion.

Oversee project staffing, workload balancing, and resource allocation.
Manage escalations and provide guidance on complex review decisions and project challenges.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in the eDiscovery and Data Breach industry, capable of independently managing large-scale projects, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional people management, stakeholder management, and project management skills, along with a passion for innovation, process improvement, and team development.
Experience & Qualifications
10-12 years of experience in the eDiscovery, Cyber Review, Incident Response, or Document Review industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing Data Breach and Cyber Incident Response projects.
Minimum 6-7 years of people management experience leading managers, team leads, quality analysts, and review teams.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience supervising both Cyber Incident Response (CIR) and Complex Document Review teams.
Strong understanding of data breach review workflows, document review processes, quality management, and operational delivery.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
