ROLE PURPOSE The Sales Manager will lead sales growth and business development for fans and motors supplied to HVAC and ventilation manufacturers in the assigned territory. KEY OBJECTIVES Develop and grow sales of fans, motors, and related ventilation solutions across the assigned territory. Build market presence from the ground up through structured business development, customer mapping, and regular field visits. Identify projects, OEM opportunities, and new accounts that can deliver sustainable revenue growth. Act as the local commercial face of the business and provide timely market feedback to the regional leadership team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Own the sales pipeline for the assigned territory, from lead generation and qualification through quotation, negotiation, order closure, and after-sales follow-up. Map the HVAC and ventilation manufacturer landscape, including AHU manufacturers, fan manufacturers, OEMs, industrial ventilation companies, and potential distributors or agents. Open doors with new customers by leveraging existing market relationships and building trust through regular field engagement. Promote the company's fans, motors, and ventilation solutions, including technical and commercial value propositions relevant to OEM customers. Coordinate with internal teams for product selection, pricing, quotations, technical clarifications, delivery, and customer support. Prepare monthly sales forecasts, opportunity updates, customer visit reports, competitor intelligence, and market-development action plans. Support regional strategy by identifying gaps in pricing, product fit, stock availability, customer requirements, and local competitive threats. Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and trade associations where required. Build long-term account plans for strategic customers and convert early-stage discussions into recurring business. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Solid sales experience in HVAC, ventilation, air movement, fans, motors, AHUs, or closely related industrial equipment. Strong preference for candidates who have worked on the supplier/manufacturer side, selling components or solutions to HVAC and ventilation OEMs. Proven field-sales background with an active network in the assigned market, especially among manufacturers, OEMs, contractors, consultants, or distributors. Demonstrated ability to develop new business in markets with limited existing company presence. Good understanding of technical sales cycles, customer approvals, quotations, project follow-up, and OEM account development. Ability to work independently, plan customer visits, manage priorities, and report clearly to regional management. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; French is strongly preferred for Morocco, while additional local languages are an advantage.
