7+ years in financial systems, with 3+ years of hands-on OneStream administration
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT
Strong background in financial consolidations, FP&A, and month-end close processes
Experience with ERP integrations (Oracle HFM, SAP, or similar)

You will be the go-to OneStream expert, shaping how finance operates and ensuring reliable, timely reporting across the organization.Specific Responsibilities:OneStream Leadership & StrategyAct as the owner of OneStream FP&A workstreams managing all aspects of the platform from configuration to end-user supportPartner with FP&A, Business Finance and Corporate Finance and Accounting teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutionsDevelop the OneStream roadmap, prioritizing enhancements that align with finance leadership objectivesEnsure compliance with US GAAP related controls requirements, and other regulatory requirementsTechnical Solution DeliveryDesign and implement custom consolidations, reports, dashboards, and workflows in OneStreamBuild and maintain integrations with ERP systems (SAP, QAD) and other financial toolsWrite and maintain VB.NET/Visual Basic scripts for calculations, data transformations, and business rulesLead testing and validation for all system changes before production deploymentBusiness Process OptimizationStreamline planning processes within OneStream and support maintenance and development of FP&A capabilitiesTrain and support finance teams on best practices for reporting and data managementTroubleshoot issues and provide hands-on support for critical reporting periodsDocument system processes and maintain a library of reporting templatesCross-Functional CollaborationServe as the bridge between IT and Finance, translating business needs into technical solutionsPresent system capabilities and recommendations to senior finance leadershipWork with external auditors to validate reporting accuracy
