Platform Standardization & Value Proposition: Drive initiatives to position Apple as the secure enterprise endpoint, frontline experience platform, and trusted device identity layer within target organizations, focusing on multidevice penetration and repeatable reference architectures. Performance Measurement: Define and track key success metrics, including percentage of the Top 50 standardized on Apple, devices per employee, multi-year refresh and lifecycle lock-in, and partner-led revenue velocity. Executive Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with CIO, CISO, and COO-level executives, and be seen as the industry expert both internally and externally for Retail.
