We need the operator who brings it to life.We're looking for an Agency Operations & Growth Coordinator - an entry-level powerhouse who is equal parts organised, curious, and relentless.- *WHAT YOU'LL OWN → Keep our Mission Readiness Engine running - Client Relationship Management hygiene, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting→ Coordinate our Always-On Calendar: Quarterly events, worksite blitzes, and our annual gala→ Manage our Recruiting Funnel from first contact to onboarding - tracking every candidate across 4 talent pools→ shared resources, and daily 9:09 huddle logistics→ Produce weekly dashboards showing GWP trends, recruitment pipeline, and agent activity scores→ Be the right hand to the Agency Leader - prep decks, brief agents, follow up on commitments- * YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO ...→ Has an inner drive to build things from scratch - not just maintain them→ Gets energised by a team that's going somewhere, not just going through motions→ Treats "I don't know how" as the beginning of a Google search, not a dead end→ Communicates clearly, follows up without being asked, and closes loops→ Is obsessed with small details because you know they become big outcomes→ Would describe yourself as a "systems person" who also loves people-📋 *WHAT WE NEED → Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or any relevant field→ 0-2 years experience (fresh graduates welcome - we'll train you right)→ Proficient in Google Workspace / Mac or Microsoft 365→ Comfortable with data - can read a spreadsheet and spot what's off→ Bonus: Experience with Adobe , CRM tools, Canva, or social media management * COMPENSATION & PERKS → Base Salary: SGD $3,000.00 - $3,500.00/month (depending on experience)→ Performance Bonus tied to agency KPIs (quarterly)→ CPF contributions as per MOM regulations→ Annual Leave: 10 days + public holidays * Learning & Development: Sponsored certifications relevant to the role→ client galas, and leadership retreats→ Direct mentorship from Agency Leader - this is a springboard, not a dead end- * HOW TO APPLY Send your CV + a 3-sentence answer to this question to space@aia.com.sg: "Describe one system or process you built from scratch - even informally - that made things run better."
