Pay Range: $117,746.00 - $156,995.00 Responsible for leading the development, management and strategic growth of deposit products and services on innovation, pricing, and growth objectives. Tasks Performed: 35% Lead the management of strategic initiatives across multiple lines of business as a trusted advisor based on analysis of existing processes and competitive research. Monitor and evaluate the current product suite profitability, client satisfaction and delivery of product documentation. Collaborates with key stakeholders to drive cross business/group coordination and logistical support for deposit growth and implementation of initiatives. 30% Manages and recommends competitive pricing strategies for products, services, and interest rates to increase sales and profits.
