Primarily responsible for maintaining customer services as per company standard, generating money transfer transactions.
Customer service experience in Money Transfer operations. Problem-solving skills with experience in cash management.
Role Requirements:
Fluency in Japanese and English is required; other foreign language skill is a plus.
Organization, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work individually, or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity, make quick decisions, and manage tight timelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to communicate in Myanmarese is desirable.
