Requirements
- We are seeking a driven, coachable, and competitive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. Our BDRs are the engine of our outbound growth and this is a hands-on prospecting role focused on creating pipelines from scratch.
- Candidates must be located in the GTA , as this is a hybrid position requiring candidates to come into the Downtown Toronto office 3-4 days a week (Mon - Wed+).
- Experience in fintech, payments, or the MSP ecosystem
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Familiarity with modern sales tools or AI-assisted prospecting workflows
