Job Summary The Senior Manager, Cruise Hotel Operations, is responsible for the fleetwide oversight and performance of Rooms Division, Spa & Wellness, and Onboard Revenue, ensuring a consistent delivery of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection's ultra-luxury experience. This role provides strategic direction and operational support to shipboard teams, ensuring that all areas under scope operate with precision, consistency, and a strong commercial focus. In this role, you will play a critical role in bridging strategy and execution, ensuring that operational standards, revenue initiatives, and guest experience expectations are seamlessly translated into onboard delivery, aligned with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. Essential Functions Provide fleetwide oversight and guidance across Rooms Division, Spa & Wellness, and Onboard Revenue (Retail, Spa, ancillary streams) Monitor and drive performance across all yachts, ensuring alignment with brand standards, operational KPIs, and guest experience expectations Analyze guest feedback and operational data to identify trends, implement improvements, and elevate service delivery Drive revenue performance by optimizing Spa & Wellness and onboard revenue streams, ensuring strong commercial results without compromising the luxury experience Ensure consistency in operational execution across the fleet through regular reviews, audits, and collaboration with shipboard leadership Support the implementation of new concepts and initiatives by ensuring operational readiness and alignment across all stakeholders Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and elevated guest experiences Provide ongoing support to shipboard leaders, including guidance on performance management, service delivery, and operational challenges Manage and coordinate planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation of technology-related activities, including yacht support and strategic and tactical planning Ensure adherence to quality expectations and brand standards; identify , recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety Model and hold others accountable for promoting the Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, respect, and fair treatment Sets the department's expectations for desired behaviour , knowledge, and skill levels Demonstrates alignment with corporate strategies and initiatives while ensuring alignment throughout the yacht organization Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovation across Rooms, Spa & Wellness, and Onboard Revenue Contribute to the development and refinement of SOPs, standards, and operational frameworks Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and cost control initiatives within scope Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building within shipboard teams Competency Minimum 7-10 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, cruise, or related sectors Strong expertise in at least two of the following areas: Rooms Division, Spa & Wellness, Onboard Revenue / Retail Demonstrated ability to manage fleetwide or regional operations, driving consistency and performance across multiple locations Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and revenue optimization Proven experience working in cross-functional, matrix environments, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data (guest feedback, KPIs) into actionable
