As a Mechanical/ Electronic Summer Trainee, you will be responsible for: Assisting in the rework, repair, and modification of non-conforming equipment. Supporting workshop activities involving oil tools and mechanical components. Using hand tools to support repair and maintenance tasks, including changing seals and assisting with basic mechanical work. Helping organize work within the workshop structure and supporting day-to-day operational tasks. Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized working area. Learning through hands-on experience, observation, and collaboration with experienced team members. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will: Be a current student in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field. Have some mechanical background or interest , with exposure to mechanical or technical tasks. Have electronic skills or an interest in developing them further Be proactive, safety-conscious, and eager to learn in a practical workshop environment. Be a strong team player with good communication skills. Be fluent in English and Norwegian Language both written and spoken. Be able to legally work in Norway without company sponsorship or time restriction.
