Preventative Maintenance: Assist in the planning and execution of preventative maintenance activities, ensuring that all equipment is operating at peak performance
Maintenance & Repairs : Carry out maintenance procedures and root cause analysis on a variety of diffusion wafer processing equipment, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues
Spare Stock Control: Manage spare parts efficiently, ensuring stock levels are maintained and materials are readily available when needed
Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict health and safety directives while carrying out all maintenance and repair work
KPI Improvement: Analyse data to identify opportunities for cost-effective maintenance programs that improve equipment performance and drive KPIs forward
Team Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with internal team members and external specialists to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
You must be able to work a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off over 12 hours. This will consist of 2 weeks of days and 1 week of nights (7-7)
Completed a mechanical/electrical apprenticeship and educated to a minimum of C&G / ONC standard, or have worked at this level in a similar industry
Hard skills of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic maintenance experience
Soft skills of adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, and Microsoft Office
A track record of meeting deadlines and managing your own workload
Desire to learn and progress into becoming a fully qualified specialist Equipment Engineer
Desirable Experience:
Hard skills of vacuum, pneumatic, or actuation in maintenance or repair settings
Exposure to working in the Semiconductor Industry or a similar fast paced setting
