In this role, you will
Lead major incident response efforts as the designated Cyber Commander, coordinating cross-functional teams and providing clear technical direction during high-pressure situations.
Ensure seamless shift transitions by promptly reviewing incoming and outgoing handovers, addressing unresolved escalations and priority items.
Maintain operational readiness by verifying that all critical monitoring and escalation paths are covered, and that alerts are triaged and responded to in line with detection and response standards.
Coach and mentor analysts across shifts to build technical capability, enhance decision-making, and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
Monitor and report on performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met across detection, triage, and response workflows.
Oversee post-incident reviews, track operational metrics, and maintain visibility of team workload, ticket queues, and response times.
Deliver timely reporting, including daily and weekly summaries, to keep leadership informed of key developments, incidents, and trends.
