Key Account Manager - EcoXperts (C-Bus & Connected Systems) Schneider Electric Australia - NSW Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager - EcoXperts to drive the growth of our C-Bus Lighting Control, Home Automation and Connected Offers across NSW. This role focuses on managing key partners, generating demand, influencing specifications, and expanding our EcoXpert network in the smart building, home automation and connected energy space. Roles & Responsibilities Act as the C-Bus State Champion , promoting C-Bus and Connected Offers across NSW. Manage and grow relationships with accredited EcoXpert System Integrators. Develop and execute key account plans and commercial action plans. Drive prescription activities with consultants, architects, system integrators and end users to increase specification of C-Bus. Identify strategic projects and follow them through the value chain to maximise demand creation and conversion. Support industry events, technology showcases, offer launches, and customer/partner training sessions. Collaborate with state sales teams to position C-Bus and connected technologies in the market. Monitor competitors and market trends to provide actionable intelligence back to the business. Engage customers digitally through MS Teams, LinkedIn and relevant online communities to elevate market presence. Educate customers and partners to increase adoption of new energy, home automation and connected technologies.
