We are seeking a commercially minded Corporate Counsel to support our growing EMEA business. This role is ideal for a lawyer with 2-5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) (or equivalent), who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is confident advising on complex commercial transactions.
Experience working on contracts across the Middle East is advantageous, but not required.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of revenue-generating agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, and professional services contracts
Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support deal execution while balancing legal risk and business objectives
Provide pragmatic, solutions-oriented legal advice on commercial and contractual matters
Translate business and operational requirements into clear, effective contractual terms
Support and improve internal legal processes, templates, playbooks, and empowerment materials
Advise on data protection and privacy matters, including compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
Stay informed on relevant legal, regulatory, and industry developments across EMEA
Support broader Legal team projects and strategic initiatives as needed
Remote working with occasional office attendance required
Qualifications & Experience
Qualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction with 2-5 years' PQE
Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (technology/SaaS preferred)
Exposure to multi-jurisdictional work within EMEA; Middle East experience is a plus
Background in private practice and/or in-house legal teams

Language Skills
Fluency in English is essential
Additional European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian) are advantageous but not required
