Be the initial point of contact for customer service for PWM clients and escalate as needed.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist in the implementation of a goals-based plan and supporting investments.
Provide management and oversight of client advisory projects.
Execute and oversee investment-related operational activities (i.e., client start-up, investment implementations and distributions).
Maintain and produce cash flow analyses for clients.
Work with Advice and Service team members to deliver cohesive goals-based advice to clients.
Construct client materials as needed.
What we need from you:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with a Finance/Accounting or business focus.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the industry preferred; new college graduates accepted.
Series 65 licensing or willingness to attain.
CFP® candidate preferred, but not required.
Ability to effectively explain complex concepts in understandable terms.
Detailed oriented, flexible, and self-motivated.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot), with a demonstrated track record of artificial intelligence initiative.

The base salary pay for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year. This position will also be eligible to earn a discretionary bonus each year, subject to company approval.
