Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to lead BJAK's regional finance function and drive financial excellence across our fast-growing business. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring financial health, governance, and scalability across multiple markets. You will partner closely with the leadership team to guide financial strategy, strengthen controls, manage reporting and audits, and enable data-driven decisions that support our rapid growth. You will be expected to bring strong technical expertise, regional experience, and the leadership maturity to build high-performing finance teams and systems.
