Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Mobile C-Arm Clinical Education Specialist. In this role, you will serve as a key clinical educator and customer success partner responsible for post-installation clinical training, education, and adoption of Siemens Healthineers mobile C-arm solutions. You will work directly with customers to ensure successful implementation, optimize clinical workflows, and maximize utilization of installed systems. Location & Travel Requirements This is a remote-based position requiring extensive travel. The successful candidate will be expected to travel approximately 90% of the time, primarily across the Midwest and Western regions of the United States. For optimal coverage and travel efficiency, candidates ideally reside in the Midwest, West, or Southern U.S., though qualified candidates in other locations may be considered based on business needs. You are responsible for: Delivering clinical training and education following system installation Supporting customer onboarding, adoption, and long-term utilization of mobile C-arm systems Educating technologists, physicians, and clinical staff on best practices and workflow optimization Partnering with Service, Applications, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction Providing ongoing education for software updates, new features, and workflow enhancements Identifying training gaps and recommending solutions to improve customer competency and utilization Serving as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle Ideal Candidate Passionate about teaching and educating clinical users Enjoys building long-term customer relationships Strong background in clinical training, applications, or education Focused on customer success, adoption, and workflow optimization This Role May Be Well Suited for Candidates Who: Have 3-5 years of clinical mobile C-arm experience and a strong understanding of surgical procedures Are ARRT certified Possess advanced knowledge of mobile C-arm applications, primarily in: Orthopedics / Trauma Pain Management Basic Vascular procedures Are motivated to work with cutting-edge imaging technology and eager to learn new software and hardware solutions Demonstrate excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills in customer-facing environments Show strong team orientation and customer focus Have an interest in sales support and product demonstrations, recognizing demos as a critical part of the selling process Are flexible and willing to travel extensively, including short-notice travel Have solid PC skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
