About the role

Job Summary The Production Worker / Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. This role supports the manufacturing process by identifying defects, maintaining equipment, and following production protocols. This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously. Key Responsibilities Assist in assembling and testing products. Follow safety and quality procedures. Report defects and support troubleshooting. Maintain tools and workstations. Document production activities. Learn and apply production techniques.

Requirements

• May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and the ability to carry out assigned tasks after initial instruction or demonstration.
• Basic technical and mechanical skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.
