Produce and analyze highly specialized, customized portfolio risk and performance reports (e.g., Model Scaling, Suite Reports) for financial advisors' portfolios.
Customize BlackRock Model Portfolios in accordance with client‑approved investment guidelines.
Analyze and update product performance and industry flow data and prepare relevant market and asset‑class commentary across Equity, Fixed Income, and Alternatives.
Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Support ad‑hoc portfolio, returns, and market data reporting requests as required.
Develop, maintain, and enhance end‑to‑end process flow documentation for assigned activities.
Contribute to efficiency and capacity‑building initiatives, including automation and standardization efforts.
Identify inefficiencies within systems, processes, and procedures, and recommend practical improvements.
Effectively manage workload to meet deadlines while collaborating with and supporting team members as needed.
Requirements
Post-Graduate - MBA (Finance) from reputed institute
Working knowledge of Power BI, VBA and Python will be an added advantage.
CFA / FRM certification will be an added advantage.
2-4 years of relevant experience in investment management, asset management, or the broader financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial markets, with exposure across asset classes and geographies.
Solid knowledge of portfolio risk and performance concepts, including standard deviation, Sharpe ratio, tracking error, and related metrics.
Familiarity with mutual funds, ETFs, and portfolio construction principles.
Advanced working knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with financial data platforms (e.g., Morningstar or similar) is a strong plus.
Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, VBA, or Python is an added advantage.
Ability to remain flexible and responsive to urgent or time‑sensitive requests.
Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech‑savvy mindset, with a strong interest in leveraging new tools and techniques to enhance reporting workflows.
Prior exposure to sales CRM systems and/or risk reporting tools is desirable.
