Job Description: BHMG ** New Clinic coming to Radcliff, KY! ** Job Summary: Under general supervision, this position directs and oversees all daily operations, both administrative and clinical services, for one physician office site, with up to 4 providers, and up to 15 employees. Responsible for managing, planning and coordinating the operations of the office which includes supervising all office personnel, billing and collection procedures within the office, monitoring delivery of patient services, planning for space allocation, and acting as liaison with patients, businesses, hospitals and senior leadership. Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of job-related experience. Preferably a minimum of two years of relevant health care experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
