Position Description Position Title : Fleet Maint Technician Position Summary This position is responsible to maintain Fleets used for various gas deliveries and keep the equipments in a good condition. As specially located in Cheonan Plant, the jobholder should maintain the Fleets operated in site to provide APK products to customers on time safely. Good understanding on commercial vehicle and cryogenic products are basic skills. The Jobholder comply with all AP EH&S Procedure and relevant local regulation as one of AP employee responsibility while performing Korea fleet maintenance duty along with Global volume 7 fleet maintenance procedure. DIMENSIONS Geography Scope : Cheonan Terminals Functional Scope : LB, PG, Elec. Vehicle and Equipments. Location : Garage in APK Cheonan plant Nature and Scope Maintain commercial vehicle (Tank lorry , Tractor, Tank trailer, cylinder truck, chassis) Maintain cryogenic road tanker Perform FM-01, FM-02 and FM-03 Provide technical support for fleet replacement including road tanker remounting Maintain the historical document for fleet management. Maintain the garage with clean and safe status(included pump clean room) PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Vehicle Maintenance Perform Vehicle Preventive Maintenance work Maintain Tire of vehicle (Daily check up for tire and performing replacement job) Manage consumable parts Purchase parts through vendor directly or web-site Maintain various requirements for Fleet such as Poster, Anti-tow device, Extinguisher, Safety cons. Perform periodic Inspection vehicle condition Perform Winter check inspection (exchange AIR DRY FILTER, Fuel filter, Power steering filter, Water separate, etc..) Organize Outsourced maintenance job(engine oil change, leaf spring Exchange, vehicle regulation inspection , etc.) Analyze the vehicle condition daily through VCR (Vehicle condition Report) Road Tanker Maintenance Maintain and Service Flowmeter Perform flowmeter calibration once a year Maintain Road tanker vacuum Maintain cryogenic pump as well as motor (cryostar pump & ACD Pump) Replace cryogenic pump mechanical seal Maintain GMM parts Maintain Critical valve of tank (Grand packing, gasket, shaft, Handle) Refill Perlite for cryogenic road tanker Support other garages for GMM parts Safety Maintain garage ( PIT, Tools , Equipment, air compressor, chain, etc.) Participate all related safety meeting (BSP, Weekly & quarter distribution safety meeting) Investigate workshop monthly and summit check list once a month Basic office work Create E-Form Manage GMM stocks & consumable Inventory Update vehicle status and history in SAP system Others Cooperate with other mechanics for related work. Prepare Garage audit by regional fleet specialist once a year Participate to CI activities to improve maintenance efficiency. Take a emergency trip for break down on the read Job Requirements For this position, the employee should have at least 5 years career in vehicle maintenance as well as high pressure equipment Language : the employee should have good English reading / writing skills. High level of spoken English skill is recommended. Additional necessary skills and knowledge High-level knowledge on SAP and MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Good knowledge on operational terminology. Good sense in understanding various businesses and in communicating with people.
