Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
Membership in good-standing with professional order or College
Certified or extensively trained in Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and, or Narrative Therapy.
Minimum of five (5) years of post-master's clinical experience, supporting all client groups.
Experienced with diverse & complex concerns such as couples, family, risk, and addictions.
Proficient with Office Suite, digital communication, and case tracking.
Experienced in utilizing performance metrics to enhance client satisfaction and optimize service delivery.
Proven ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
Ability to prioritize and adapt to the ebb and flow of daily responsibilities.

Expected annual base salary range for this role is: $52,500 - $106,000
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location.
