This is a role with real scope and real impact. You'll be at the forefront of bringing nCino's solutions to financial institutions across Germany, challenging the status quo and opening doors to transformative technology. You won't just be selling software - you'll be helping banks do things they never thought possible.
As part of a collaborative, high-performing team, you'll work alongside Presales, Marketing, and Business Development to build a consistent, compelling presence in your market. This is a remote role based in Germany, offering the autonomy to own your territory while being fully supported by a team that's invested in your success.
Responsibilities
Identify and target prospective nCino customers within your geographic territory and market segment
Challenge prospective customers to think differently about innovation in financial services
Drive opportunities through qualification and closure, maintaining a pipeline that meets and exceeds quarterly and annual goals
Build strong nCino brand presence within your territory through a consultative, relationship-first approach
Use in-depth knowledge of nCino's platform and Salesforce.com to match solutions to client needs
Identify and engage "mobilizers" within prospective organisations, building consensus across executive teams
Partner with Customer Success to deepen relationships and drive adoption within the existing client base
Introduce newly released nCino products and offerings to existing customers
Ideally You'll Have
A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
A strong track record of excellence in enterprise B2B sales, particularly to financial institutions
Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite decision makers and build executive-level consensus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
A collaborative approach - you thrive working across sales, product, professional services and marketing teams
Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as required
Commercial banking or broader financial services domain knowledge is a strong advantage
Familiarity with the Salesforce.com platform is a plus
