You are required to have graduated (Bachelor / Master / PhD) prior to your first day at Shell.
You should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience if you've recently graduated.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess leadership presence and involvement in team working environment experience.
