Applications Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, support, and maintenance of custom web applications, with an emphasis on engineering and ITC solutions.
• Oversee Agile processes, including release management, sprint planning, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations; coach and mentor team members.
• Guide technical decisions related to cloud architecture (preferably Azure), databases, and system integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in IT with proven experience leading custom web application projects.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience (Scrum Master certification preferred).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix) is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools and emerging technologies is advantageous.
• Key Skills: Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver complex projects in a large IT environment.
