Job Description
The Procurement Department is responsible for acquiring goods and services for the Ubisoft Group. Its main objectives are to reduce costs, provide high-quality service to internal stakeholders, and manage external risks. To achieve these goals, the Procurement Department contributes to building and leading the Group procurement community through benchmarking, coordination, the sharing of best practices and tools, and the use of a common framework.
In order to pursue the efforts of continuous improvements and transformation of the function, we are currently searching for a senior team-member to join the Procurement Operational Excellence Team .
As a Senior Business Process Owner in this team , you will be in charge of:
- Leading and overseeing all processes within the scope (Source-to-Contract, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Category Management).
- Identifying improvement opportunities in collaboration with operational teams and prioritizing associated actions.
- Defining, updating, and maintaining process documentation, and implementing the necessary tools to ensure effective execution.
- Ensuring consistency and standardization of practices across the Group.
- Training, raising awareness, and supporting teams on processes; promoting procurement best practices and facilitating their adoption.
- Contributing to the procurement process and tools transformation roadmap and supporting change management initiatives.
- Defining and monitoring KPIs within the scope; analyzing performance results, proposing action plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring alignment with Procurement, Finance, and operational teams.
