Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day execution of eCommerce and digital commerce plans, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategic direction.

- Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a relevant field.
- At least 4 years' experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, sales/channel management, or commercial excellence (preferably in FMCG/consumer goods).
- Track record in managing projects and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, multi-market environment.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, route-to-market operations, or digital activation campaigns.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.

- Proactive executor with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Capable of translating strategy into action with attention to detail.
- Skilled in relationship building and stakeholder management, including external partners and bottlers.
