Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Assist in the site production scheduling and supply planning of biopharmaceutical products
• Schedule production to the daily level
• Generate buffer and material lists per detailed schedule
• Generate process orders and planned orders according to detailed schedule
• Participate in the S&OP cycle to assess feasibility of proposed plan in terms of capacity and production feasibility
• Deconflict constraints in production
• Assist in reporting of production adherence

Requirements

• Qualification in supply chain, operations, engineering, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply planning within a manufacturing environment; biopharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP or planning systems for managing process orders, planned orders, and material requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated production environment.
• Ability to support operational reporting and planning discussions.
