About the role
Work independently under the direction of the Program Director to coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the Learning and Bridging area for the Kern National Network for Flourishing in Health (KNN). Primary Responsibilities Collaborate on the development of program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports. Work with program leaders to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the programs and initiatives in this area. Maintain timelines including tracking and meeting deadlines for programmatic tasks and components. Coordinate and assist in the development and tracking of program budgets. Organize internal and external meetings, onsite events, virtual and in-person learning experiences and special events. Coordinate logistics and technology for participants. Collect, analyze, coordinate program, engagement and evaluation data. Report program data and progress to leadership. Provide input on program design. Collaborate with program leaders and cross-functional teams in the Program Office to execute on the operational objectives and administrative processes of the Learning and Bridging Area. Coordinate the tactical and logistical execution of activities including scheduling, registration, communication, participant and program record-keeping, and materials preparation. Serve as a primary logistics and communication liaison for internal teams and designated partner representatives, maintaining clear and responsive communication. Provide in-person coordination and administration support as-needed for event and meeting logistics, materials preparation, printing, mailing, event set-up and take-down and supply and materials inventory tracking. Maintain the virtual technology platform for the learning consortium, serving as the main contact to set-up and provide ongoing coordination of spaces and programs, monitor and improve participant engagement and troubleshoot technical issues.
