Study and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, diagrams, and setup requirements to machine parts to specification
Set up and operate computer numerical control (CNC) lathes, including Haas and Fanuc-controlled equipment, to support production and repair needs
Identify required tooling, set gauges, and complete machine setup based on part requirements and tolerance specifications
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct mechanical equipment issues, and support repairs across production equipment and sub-assemblies
Machine replacement parts, fabricate new components, and create fixtures used to manufacture parts and support equipment builds
Perform preventive maintenance, replace or repair components, and maintain manuals, tools, test equipment, and inventory records with accuracy
Assist with equipment builds, including mechanical assembly, wiring, documentation, configuration, testing, and installation

Experience you'll need to have:
3+ years of experience in CNC machining, including setup and operation of CNC lathes in a manufacturing or industrial environment
3+ years of experience reading blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams and machining parts to defined tolerances
3+ years of experience using precision measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, and similar inspection equipment
Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment issues and supporting preventive maintenance and repair activities in a production environment
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
Associate degree in precision machining or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience using Haas G-code controls
Experience machining parts for high-speed manufacturing or print and card production equipment
Experience supporting fixture design, sub-assembly repair, or custom equipment builds
How you'll work:
You will work an assigned schedule of Monday-Thursday; 2:00 pm to 12:30 am.
This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.

About your role:
