Conducting its business as a trusted partner for more than 45 years, Pluxee is committed to creating a positive impact on all its stakeholders, from driving business to local communities, to supporting wellbeing at work for employees while protecting the planet. 🚀 Your next challenge Reporting to the Managing Director of Pluxee PHILIPPINES and dotted line with CFO for rest of the World of EMEAA Region Act as key financial liaison with our strategic partner, ensuring regular updates, transparency on financial performance, and alignment on joint business initiatives (incl. identification and evaluation of joint growth opportunities and potential investment requirements). Ensure full compliance with Pluxee Group's financial policies, governance frameworks, and reporting requirements. Responsible for all aspects of financial accounting, treasury, financial controlling, budgeting and financial planning of Pluxee Philippines. Daily running of the finance team, the review of cash flows, financial statements and reports, Group reporting and local statutory requirements for treasury, tax, legal, insurance and other related administrative activities in connection with the Group counterparts whenever needed. Monitoring and supervising period end closure procedures for ledgers and reporting including tax planning and reporting according to IFRS - IAS and other administrative procedures and standards Managing banks and financial institutions always in tight cooperation with the Group Treasury and Financing department, developing trusted relationships with them. Leading the preparation and analyses of all programs related with cash flow, analytical balance sheet, fund flow and other financial tables Follow-up of government incentive processes and all regulatory requirements in close cooperation with Group legal department whenever needed and legal advisors Leads the development, analysis, and interpretation of business and financial data to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization. Responsible for providing effective financial controls for the organization and assists other departments in budgeting and forecasting. Contributes to the protection of company assets. Champion in implementation of the Pluxee Group finance transformation plan (FINEXT), contributing to best practice rollout and efficiency gains.
