3+ years managing SDR/BDR teams in SaaS or high-tech environments
Proven success consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
Strong track record of coaching SDRs into top performers and promotions
Deep experience with Salesforce , plus tools like Gong, Outreach/SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong analytical skills - comfortable managing by data, not anecdotes
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead across cultures and geographies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, performance-driven organization
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
