Proactively manage the CRM database.
Sales
Use product knowledge resources to become a confident selling expert..
Understand business performance and identify opportunities to drive sales
Operations
Operate cash registers and ensure proper functioning of all related devices.
Accurately process payments and follow company policies for returns and refunds.
Support opening and closing procedures for tills in line with company guidelines.
