Solventum Drink Water Filtration Business (DWF) is announcing an exciting opportunity for a Senior Application Engineer for Drink Water Business that will work in the frontline to solve the most critical challenges of our local customers. Our key markets continue to grow at accelerated rates due to the strong need of drink water solutions to improve water quality in households. The Impact You'll Make in this Role: As Senior Application Engineer on drink water portfolio, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading to drive local application engineering support request from business team that solves the most challenging problems facing our customers while building a responsive "customer first" culture. Developing a strong understanding of our customer/market needs locally, especially as it relates to future market and technology trends and the value Solventum solutions can deliver therein. Support local customers, develop and replicate high-impact applications, and manage account activity with our local key account managers and sales professionals. Becoming a filtration process and technology expert by developing and maintaining key opinion leader relationships, developing collaborations across Solventum's customer base, and championing solventum technology and innovation through joint publications, presentations, and active industry engagement. Working across the relevant Solventum organizations to provide customer insights, support customer-centric sales and marketing activities, and champion upcoming product evaluations at customer sites. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher (Mechanical/environment Engineering/ Science or Engineering discipline) from an accredited institution Five (5) years of Application Engineering/Product Engineering and/or Direct End User Engineering/Technical Support experience in a private, public, government, residential water related is preferred. Familiar with general office/drawing/statistical software and with actual experience in project and manufactory is preferred. Track record of technical collaborations across internal and external organizations, professional technical conference presentations and peer-reviewed publications.
