This is a role within the Castrol organisation, and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership.
Role Synopsis:
The Reward Delivery Advisor India will provide reward expertise for the development of solutions in support of the new castrol organisation . This role will be the key contact for reward for the listed entity CIL and the newly set up CSPL entity. The role will focus on the country needs but would be involved in global Castrol projects
This role holder will collaborate across the People & Culture function to deliver key initiatives underpinning successful execution of the business strategy. The role requires flexibility to work across single or multiple concurrent projects/initiatives that may vary in terms of complexity, business impact, geographical spread, and duration
Role Purpose:
Support VP P&Cs in delivering agreed entity/sub-entity P&C priorities, translate priorities into tangible actions/project deliverables to enable successful delivery of people plan.
Collaborate across the People & Culture function to deliver key initiatives underpinning successful execution of the business strategy.
Work flexibly across single or multiple concurrent projects/initiatives that may vary in terms of complexity, business impact, geographical spread, and duration.
Role Reporting Relationships : No direct or indirect reports
Role Accountabilities:
Provide specialist advice in the design of reward solutions that may apply locally/globally, across the businesses, regions and countries. Lead where required.
Deliver to allocated tasks as a member of project team(s)/ad hoc activity squad(s), on an accurate and timely basis.
Engage key business and PC&C partners to understand their solution needs and requirements.
Specifically for Castrol India provide the necessary due diligence and support for a listed entity
Gather and analyse internal and external data
Ensure solutions are developed in accordance with casrol group reward & wellbeing processes and policies.
Maintain awareness of standard methodology and external market developments globally.
Continually develop advising, project management and people management skills.
Align with partnering and CoE colleagues to develop, plan, and execute delivery of prioritized strategic people and culture initiatives
Work as part of a team to translate priorities into tangible actions/project deliverables.
Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary squad, often collaborating across geographies and time zones to ensure effective delivery.
Maintain business knowledge to ensure deliverables are contextualized to the needs of different parts of the client organization as needed.
Leverage and interpret data and insights relevant to the delivery of prioritized initiatives.
Partner with business leaders as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
Where based in a country with 24/7 operating businesses, willingness and ability to support Crisis & Continuity Management (C&CM) and/or IMT activities as needed
Education Requirements : Degree and/or professionally qualified. Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources or a connected discipline would be advantageous.
