Compensation & Benefits: Compensation salary: $263,764 -$292,527 based on years of experience, with additional productivity bonus based on wRVUs, and quality incentives. Patient Volume: 12-14 pediatric patients per day in clinic, plus 4 hours of administrative time weekly. EMR and tools include Meditech, Dragon Dictation, and DAX AI assisted documentation. Procedure opportunities: Women's health, prenatal, vasectomies, colposcopies, circumcisions, wound care, draining abscesses, and cyst removal. Hospital Capabilities: Attached to Wrangell Medical Center a Critical Access Hospital with a 24/7 emergency department. Additional Care Opportunities: Occasional long-term care and home visits. Optional involvement in rural outreach or consultative support.
