What you'll do... Development Feasibility (approx. 60%) Lead financial feasibility studies for new hotel developments, conversions, and adaptive reuse projects across the Americas. Build and review detailed proforma models, incorporating rooms revenue (ADR, occupancy, RevPAR), multi-outlet F&B concepts, events, programming, and ancillary revenue streams. Conduct sensitivity, scenario, and downside analyses to stress-test assumptions and support robust investment decision-making. Carry out in-depth market research, including hotel supply/demand dynamics, competitive set analysis, and broader market positioning. Collaborate with brand and creative teams to define hotel identity, target audience, positioning, and integrated F&B and programming strategy, ensuring alignment between concept, design, and financial performance. Lead brand RFP processes and evaluate deal structures including management agreements, leases, and joint ventures, analyzing the financial and strategic trade-offs of each. Prepare clear, compelling investment presentations and feasibility summaries for senior leadership and internal approval processes. Joint Venture Management (approx. 40%) Prepare and deliver monthly JV reporting packages for Delano, Habitas, and Faena , ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all entities. Assist in the preparation of quarterly board materials for the Delano JV , developing clear financial narratives, variance analyses, and key performance insights. Build and maintain financial models for JV entities, including cash flow forecasts, scenario analyses, and long-term planning support. Partner closely with hotel-level finance teams to gather and validate financial data, ensure consistency in reporting standards, and address performance issues and variances. Act as a key coordination point between corporate finance and property-level finance teams across JV properties. Support senior management in presenting financial results and investment performance to JV partners and stakeholders. What we're looking for... Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5-10 years of progressive experience in hotel feasibility, hospitality consulting, real estate investment, FP&A, or transaction advisory - ideally with exposure to both development/feasibility and joint venture or multi-entity financial management . Advanced financial modeling skills, including proforma development, DCF analysis, and scenario modeling; expert-level Excel proficiency is required . Solid understanding of hotel operations, F&B economics, and lifestyle hospitality concepts . Experience with joint ventures, multi-entity financial structures, and board or investor reporting . Familiarity with management agreements, franchise structures, and F&B deal models . A natural storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex financial data into clear strategic insights. Collaborative, curious, and commercially driven - equally comfortable working with finance, development, and creative teams. This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this role and will be determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
