GenAI Engineering Project Manager, Customer Systems

About the role

Our team is responsible for building and managing GenAI based conversational AI systems for multiple business groups within Apple. While most of the use-cases are associated with automating contact center use cases, the team builds solution for multiple other complex business challenges. In this role, you will drive complex cross functional programs to achieve organizational goals. You'll own the program timelines and facilitate meetings across different teams. You'll unblock teams to deliver at speed and ensure that right quality criteria are met across the board. You'll help achieve business outcomes within time.
